Michael Ray Garvin is a former American football player who played as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on October 14, 1986, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Garvin played college football at Florida State University, where he was known for his speed and athleticism. He was also a standout track and field athlete, winning two ACC championships in the 60-meter dash.
In the 2009 NFL Draft, Garvin was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round. He also spent time with the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers during his NFL career.
After retiring from professional football, Garvin pursued a career in coaching and personal training. He currently works as a fitness and performance coach, helping athletes improve their speed, agility, and overall performance.
